2. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe that the removal was a mistake or that you have the legal right to post the material, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled (such as a URL).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

3. Repeat Infringers

NetPills Music reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, or who repeatedly submit infringing content.

4. Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. False claims of copyright infringement may result in liability.

5. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our platform.
